Do sellers pay anything to run a Buyer Match?

No. Running a Buyer Match (entering your property and asking price and seeing how many registered buyers fit) is completely free. Sign up before Fri, 31 Jul and unlocking your matched buyers is free too. After that, revealing contact details on the DIY path costs $249.99 per listing, one charge that reveals every matched buyer for that property, today and as new ones appear. The success fee ($1,000 + GST) is only paid when a matched buyer actually buys.

What if I want a lawyer or an agent to handle the sale?

You pick the path. Hybrid uses your lawyer for negotiation and conveyancing, paid as $6,000 + GST on settlement. Full Agent Service uses an agent on a fee you agree with them directly, plus the same $1,000 + GST success fee Yelsa charges on a matched sale. You can move between DIY, Hybrid and Full Agent any time after you list.

Is the $249.99 buyer profile a recurring fee?

No, it's a one-off payment. Your buyer profile gives you ongoing access to off-market properties and invitation-only open homes for as long as you're searching. Buyers introduced through their bank or mortgage broker get this for free. Signing up direct before Fri, 31 Jul is also free; after that it's $249.99.

What are the real estate agent tiers?

Free ($0/mo) covers your own clients, no public directory listing. Standard ($39/mo) adds a public Agent Directory listing plus one included Property Profile Activation a month, with 50% off any extra. Premium ($149/mo) adds premium directory positioning and unlimited activations. Yelsa earns $250 per completed sale on every tier, not per listing.

What are the lawyer tiers?

Free ($0/mo) gives you a Lawyers Directory listing and unlimited quote invitations from homeowners. You only pay a $49 success fee when you actually win the conveyancing instruction. Can brokers really join for free?

Yes. Mortgage brokers and banks join Yelsa at no cost and gift free buyer profiles to their pre-approved clients. They earn a $750 success fee per buyer transaction at settlement, paid only when a buyer they introduced actually purchases.

Are there any other fees?

No hidden fees. What you see here is what you pay. The $1,000 + GST success fee on a sale splits $750 to the financial partner who introduced the buyer (bank or broker) and $250 to Yelsa. Same model whichever pathway you sell on.
